For Episode 3 of this audio series, I went at a huge topic, training cycles. What started out as a discussion on types of periodization jumped into how to structure training and more.
So – I have to be honest. I’m not 100% happy with this episode. I couldn’t figure out how to piece these items together, and it felt a bit disjointed. But, it’s a good start to have all of this information out there, and I’ll break it down for later episodes.
In the last 2-3 minutes I provide a good summary to wrap all of the topics together.
