#heycoachryan I ran 69 miles in 2 days over the weekend (ran, no walking) and sat in ice baths for 30 minutes in between and after to speed up recovery. My body and legs feel fine, like nothing happened. But I ran 69 miles, so something happened. How long should I recover / take it easy, when my body doesn’t show signs of hurt?
