“What pace should I be running my long runs? I’m interested in both what Ryan Knapp says, as well as what all of you are doing. I have difficulty with “effort based” training, since I tend to downplay effort. Should long runs be run at “easy pace”? If so, what is “easy pace”. I have read ranges from 60 seconds to 2 minutes slower than MP. I’ve also read that some athletes target MP for long runs……”
